A cross-sectional study was carried out about Rubaga Division’s hotels from August to December 2019 about the impact of cost of factors of price on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division. The study aimed at determining the effect of cost of accommodation on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division, Kampala District, establishing the effect of cost of food on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division, Kampala District and assessing the impact of cost of drinks on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division, Kampala, Uganda. The study had a sample size of 105 respondents and data collection was done by administering questionnaires, interviews both in depth and group focused interviews. In the study, the researcher found out that the cost of accommodation has great impact on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division. The study also found out that the cost of food has a great impact on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga division. The study also found out that the cost of drinks has significant impact on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division. Generally, the cost of factors of price in hotels has a significant impact on customer turn-up in the hotel industry in Rubaga Division. The study recommends that improvements be done on hotel facilities for accommodation and discounts be given to customers. The study also recommends hotels serve variety while serving food so as customers are conviced with the money they are paying for food. Lastly, the study recommends the hotels to high quality services like hiring a bar attendant with a mixologist lince to offer high quality service of drinks so that the customers are conviced with the money they are paying for the hotel services.
