This research will be conducted in Mengo Hospital located in Rubaga Division Kampala District. The purpose of the study will be to find out the relationship between shift work, stress, and Job performance. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives to establish the relationship between shift work, stress and Job performance, to determine the relationship between stress and Job performance, to determine the relationship between shift work and Job performance among employees of Mengo Hospital. A correlations study will be used in the study to establish the relationship between shift work, stress and Job performance among employees of Mengo Hospital. This study will use a sample of 50 respondents who will be adopted using simple sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaires.
