The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between employee remuneration, job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees at Ministry of National Waters and environment. Therefore, this study could make an important contribution to research on management and organizational behaviour. The study adopted a correlation study design with a population 100 employees of Ministry of National Waters and Environment. Convenient sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 90 respondents from the above population. Data was collected from respondents using self - administered questionnaires and through entering filled questionnaires into statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) computer program, data was analysed. Descriptive statistics showed that majority were males with a percentage of (56.7%) followed by female respondents (43.3%). Majority were between the ages of 20 – 29 (40%).most of these respondents had worked for the organization for 0 – 5 years (62.5%). Results from Pearson product correlation coefficient (r) indicated there was no relationship between employee remuneration and job satisfaction (r = 0.109, p >0.01). On contrary, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were significantly positively related (r =0.314, p <0.01). There was no relationship between employee remuneration and organizational commitment (r = -0.099, p <0.01). All relationships were tested at 0.01 level of significance. Therefore, organizations should to test for the relationship between employee remuneration, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The researcher used Pearson correlation coefficient ® to test the significance relationships of hypothesis 1, 2 and 3 and then the researcher will conclude basing on the results.
