The report is made up of five chapters, of which chapter one contains the introduction, the background ,problem statement, purpose and objectives of the study, scope, significance and conceptual frame work, chapter two contains the literature review, the review of the work that was carried out by other researchers in relation to the same topic working conditions, job satisfaction and turnover intentions among employees ,chapter three has the introduction, research design, population, sample, instrument and measure procedure, quality control, data management, data analysis, plus problems and solutions. Chapter four portrays the introduction, results and their interpretations, chapter five reveals the introduction, discussion of results, conclusion and recommendations, things which the organisation ought to do to satisfy their employees and reduce on turn over intentions and lastly references are also portrayed plus appendices, the introductory letter by the university, acceptance letter by the organisation and the confirmatory letter by the organisation.
