Description

This course undertakes a detailed examination of relevant legislation and practice with respect to regulating forests, wetlands, water, fisheries, soils, minerals and oil and gas resources, agriculture resources. It will cover the history and constitutional basis of natural resources law, the effect on administrative agencies, and private and nongovernmental natural resources management organizations and landowners, analyze legal cases to establish legal principles for natural resources management.
