The study aimed at examining the relationship between motivation, job satisfuction and turnover intentions among the employees of Joint Clinical Research Center Headquaters at Lubowa. The study adopted a correlational research design. A simple random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 50 respondents from the population using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) sample size determination table. Data was collected from respondents using self-administred standard questionnaires which was then analysed by fully entering the questionnaires into a computer software program called the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23. Pearson rank correlation coefficient was used to establish a relationship between the varriables and the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient was used to test for the hypotheses. The study concluded that there is a positive significant relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and turnover intentions among the employees. Lastly the study recommended that there is need to implement these tools as a drive for employees’ satisfaction and motivation. These can be implemented with the help of the human resource as it is the most valuable asset of every organization. The intervention may help employees to be fully involved, committed and happy in the organization.
