The study investigated the relationship between occupational stress and job performance of teachers of Seeta High School. The study intended to achieve the following objective: to find out the relationship between occupational stress and job performance among teachers of Seeta High School. A correlation study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between occupational stress and job performance among teachers of Seeta High School. The study used a sample of 52 respondents who were obtained using simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists version 20. The findings show that there is a significant negative relationship between occupational stress and job performance since (p=.000< 0.01 at r=-.605**) Conclusively, this implies that an increase in occupational stress leads to a decrease in job performance.
