The study examined the relationship between Autonomy, Job Involvement and Job Performance among employees of Love and Care Uganda, Nansana, Wakiso District A correlation study design was used and a total of 112 respondents were randomly selected from Love and Care Uganda, Nansana, Wakiso District. Self-administered questionnaires were used in data collection. Data collected was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 16 (SPSS V. 16). The first hypothesis stated that there is no significant between job involvement and job performance. The findings show that there is a relationship between job involvement and job performance. The second hypothesis stated that there is no significant between autonomy and job performance. However the findings show that job autonomy is related to job performance. This means that changes in job autonomy affects or causes changes to job performance in the organization. The third hypothesis stated that there is no significant relationship between autonomy and job involvement. The findings indicate that there is statistically no significant relationship between job autonomy and job involvement
