This report gives an account of my stay at Makerere University MTSIFA ARTISTS under the supervision of Assoc.Prof. Francis Xavier Ifee, The internship training lasted 8 weeks starting from 19th June to 11th August 2023. The internship period of eight weeks was based on the following objectives; ➢ Providing an opportunity for students and academic staff to interact with the basics and fine Art drawing skills ➢ Appreciate field situations that will also generate information for curricular review and improvement. ➢ Enable the student to get hands-on experience in real-life situations as they are expected to employ after graduation. ➢ Provide an opportunity for students to apply the principles and techniques theoretically learnt into real-life problem-solving situations. ➢ Develop student understanding of work ethics, employment demands, responsibilities and opportunities. ➢ Enhance and strengthen linkages between Makerere University and various stakeholders. During the entire period of training, some areas of drawing special were covered namely;  Elements of art  Principles of art  Self portraits  Landscapes  Culture
