This document is a report about field attachment internship done at the registrar’s office Makerere university at senate building .The field attachment covered 2months that is from 18th October 2021 to 10th December Chapter one contains the brief introduction of the report, background of the field attachment, objectives of the field attachment, background of the Organization of the field attachment, organization culture, the structure of the organization, the main activities of the organization. Chapter two includes the position occupied in the organization, Duties and responsibilities such as opening files, work team and its composition, supervision level and relationship, Training skills, Working relation and reporting Chapter three has an evaluation of the entire field attachment period, including details of activities accomplished, benefits derived, skills gained and challenges encountered. Chapter four has the conclusions and recommendations. On my side the key strength was possession of a wide range of opening files while the little weakness I had was the little awareness about office etiquette.
