JOB INVOLVEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: A CASE STUDY OF VISION GROUP UGANDA LIMITED
This study aims to investigate the relationship between job involvement and organizational commitment among employees of Vision Group Uganda limited. The objective is to examine the relationship between job involvement and Affective commitment, the relationship between job involvement and Continuance commitment and the relationship between job involvement and normative commitment. This study will be carried out using a Correlational research design; questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be all employees of Vision Group.120 respondents will participate in the study. Data will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) Pearson Correlation coefficient (r) will be used to test the relationships.
