I carried out my internship at Great Blue Heron Security and the following was my study objectives; To prepare the Rota for Security Guards. To arrange paper work for the employees. To Help the Deployment officer to carry deployments To help other employees with any administrative work assigned Acquire leadership skills and confidence To get hands on experience. In my internship I studied different activities like attending meetings, training for Security officers how to conduct themselves at work places, core Values of the company and threats associated with their job. In conclusion, Managing security companies is hands on job which leads to acquisition of new Management and Administrative skills since we are dealing with humans.
