The study was carried out at Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited located on Plot 10 Hannington road opposite Serena hotel staff gate P.O Box 7625 Kampala Uganda. The topic of study was Management of Records at the UETCL Archive. The study highlighted the management of records which covered the records life cycle, it further went ahead and identified the categories of procurement records managed, and the challenges faced in the management of the records and proposed strategies to address the problems faced in management of procurement records at UETCL Archive.
