WORK ENVIRONMENT, JOB SATISFACTION AND WITHDRAW BEHAVIOR AMONG NURSES OF MULAGO HOSPITAL
This study aims to investigate the relationship between work environment, job satisfaction and withdraw behavior among nurses of Mulago Hospital. The objective is to examine the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction; the relationship between work environment and withdraw behavior; and the relationship between job satisfaction and withdraw behavior. This study will be carried out using a Correlational research design, questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be all nurses and midwives of Mulago Hospital. A total of 100 respondents will participate in the study. Data will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), Pearson Correlation coefficient (r) will be used to test the relationships.
