This research proposal is presented in three chapters. The first chapter includes the introduction and brings out the importance of the study (statement of the problem); states its objectives (both general and specific); outlines the research questions; scope of the study; and the conceptual framework. The second chapter contains a review of previous literature on the problem. This review will guided by the objectives of the study and the research questions. Chapter three includes the methodology to be used in the study that is to say; the research design; sampling design and frame; sample size and selection; data collection and analysis methods and tools. It also includes potential Ethical considerations and study limitations. Chapter three will be followed by the Bibliography/References and Appendices.
