The study provided for an Examination of Liberal Feminism and their Impact on the Uganda's Jurisprudence. Therefore it examined the legal frameworks and institutions responsible for liberal feminism practice in Uganda, examined the impacts made by the liberal feminists in Uganda and explored the challenges faced by liberal feminists while practicing their actions on promoting women equality in Uganda and also provided for summary of findings, conclusions and recommendations. The study used a Doctrinal method, it was conducted using ·. written sources such as text books, journals, reports, articles, legislations, internet sources on the subject as well as case laws. Hence recommendations for the study were based on sensitizing the public to end child marriage and sexual harassment. In Uganda especially in the areas of Teso subregion, early marriages are major impediments to girls' education. Therefore, if we want girls to complete education, we must end early child marriage. We also have to seriously address sexual harassment of girls. It's not disputed that insecurity is one of the reasons as to why parents give off their children for marriage and therefore, a barrier to girl 's participation in education. Ugandan women have prn.iicipated actively in all stages of the country's development from the pre-colonial Period tlu·ough the post-colonial Period. They achieved great political feats even in the face of patriarchy paved the way for future generations to live a more inclusive life politically, socially and economically. Women such as Magareth Ekpo and Fumilayo Ransome-Kuti just to name but a few were very strategic to the political development and orientation of women in the country.
